When you hire a wedding photographer, you are trusting that they will document your day from the beginning to the end. While knowing when to lead, and when to step out of the way.
Ever seen a Photo/Video team in crocs, Jeans, and T-shirts shooting a wedding? I have.. AND I heavily dislike this. Like The least one can do for a wedding is dress up. With that said.. There is a time and a place for everything.
your wedding day is not the time and place for amateurs to mess up or be selfish enough to wear clothes as if they were going to chill at home.
Nonetheless, the photos and video can easily out live you and your grandchildren. So yeah its important..
So how do weddings typically go?
1. Getting ready
The photos of your dress, heels, jewelry, perfume, flat-lay, essentially all those little details.
2. The ceremony
From the walk down the aisle to your vows, reactions, and first kiss.
3. The mini session
This is a short photo session set aside during the day to capture photos of you in your dress and your fiance in their tux.
4. The first dances
your first dance, parent dances, and reactions from guests.
5. The family and friends
Group and candid photos of family and friends. This can consist of dancing, games, and of course group photos.
6. The grand exit
whether it’s sparklers, a send-off, or a last dance to the celebration.
NOTE. Every wedding is different — this is an example of how a typical day can be documented.

5. The Family & Friends
Group and candid photos of family and friends. This can consist of dancing, games, and of course group photos.
6. The Grand Exit
whether it’s sparklers, a send-off, or a last dance to the celebration. This is the end of the night for your guest.

Hey!! I’m Juan A. Perez Jr. the owner and primary photographer and videographer behind Yeshua Photography.
I Specialize in wedding and couple photography in Mcallen, Tx.
I’m here for documenting; who you and your fiance are as people. I shoot with the belief that your grandchildren may see you both young as a couple through the photos and video I take.
So with that said it’s really important to me that your photos and video are authentic to your wedding day as well to y’all’s personalities.

An engagement session is a relaxed shoot before your wedding day.
It’s optional, but many couples find it helpful for feeling more comfortable in front of the camera.
